Darren has over 15 years’ experience in the employee benefits sector, specialising in private medical insurance. His current responsibilities are to grow the employee benefits division whilst building relationships with new and existing clients.

Chris Ladkin ACII

Chairman

Chris is a key part of the management team, having been a board director of various other insurance brokers over the last 30 years. He is responsible for advising the board and looking after key clients.

Siobhan Moore

Director - Group Finance

Siobhan heads up our Accounts team and is responsible for all functions of our accounting department, from collecting and paying Insurer money to the management of accounts.

Sally Cutler

Director - Operations

With an extensive background of more than three decades in insurance and financial services, Sally operates from our Bristol headquarters. In this role, she assumes responsibility for supervising the Group's Operations, Marketing, HR, and IT, as well as effectively managing the broader Operations & Marketing Team. Additionally, Sally serves as the Executive PA to both the CEO and the Managing Director.

Group Business Development Manager

Approaching two decades of experience in financial services, Rich has held a variety of roles, including running his own financial planning firm. As our Group Business Development Manager, his main focus is driving the business forward, representing the Group as a cohesive entity. Away from the office you'll find him on the golf course or in the mountains.

Megan Evans

Consultant

Megan has a number of years of experience in the insurance industry, with her focus having been on healthcare since 2019. She brings a fresh perspective and builds strong client relationships by providing personalised support to meet varying client needs. From daily policy management to finding tailored solutions during renewals, she prioritises each client's unique needs and objectives, finding the best solutions available to our clients in the market and ensuring that they feel confident and well-supported.

Edward Smith

Consultant

Ed has extensive knowledge and experience within the Group Risk industry and works with our clients to find the best solutions for them in the market during review periods. Whilst building strong relationships with our clients, he also oversees the ongoing administration requirements.

Paige Pullin

Administrator

Paige's admin experience allows her to support the team with data processing, client record keeping and file administration. She supports with client servicing and is on hand to help with any queries new and existing clients have.
